By registering on www.eDimples.com web site, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions of use stated below.  We have created them to protect both you and us and to ensure that your participation and use of our web site is both fun and safe for everyone.

eDimples, Inc. is always aware of and concerned about the privacy of everyone who registers on our web site.  Therefore, all information that is given to us is held in the strictest of confidentiality.  The intent of this statement is to clarify our efforts and activities in this area as it relates to Internet privacy.

KEY POINTS:
1) Whenever someone goes to our web site and registers, they get to choose their own "User Name" and "Password."  By so doing, they can go to our site and log in any time to gain access to all of the following:

 a) Retrieving a forgotten "Password"
 b) Playing the Golf Etiquette Courses
 c) Setting up and using the "Milestone Tracker"
 d) Submitting cartoon ideas for "Of COURSE it Happened"
 e) Submitting questions to "ASK Ernie"
 f) Entering "Instructor's Area" (Golf Instructors only)

2) We do not compile any of our registered user's information for the purpose of selling, renting, leasing, trading or sharing with any other organization, company or group outside of the eDimples, Inc. company.  Such information is for our exclusive, internal business uses only and we maintain appropriate security measures to keep this information private.

Please read these Terms carefully before using eDimples.com.  By using our web site, you indicate your agreement to these Terms of Use.  If you are not agreeable to these Terms of Use, please do not use eDimples.com.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS
You acknowledge that this site contains information, communications, software, photos, text, cartoons, graphics, images and other material and services (collectively "Content'), which is provided by eDimples, Inc.  You therefore acknowledge and agree that eDimples, Inc. permits access to the Content and that all Content is protected by trademarks, copyrights and other proprietary (including Intellectual property) rights (collectively "Rights"), that these rights are totally valid and protected in all media now in existence or to be later developed.  Any other use of the Content shall be governed and constrained by all applicable trademark, copyright and other intellectual property laws.  You may not modify, publish, reproduce, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display or incorporate into another web site, or in any other way use any of the Content, in whole or in part, except for personal and/or class educational purposes.  No other use of the Content may be made without the expressed, written permission of eDimples, Inc.

CHILDREN'S GUIDELINES
Children's privacy and security is of primary concern to eDimples, Inc., therefore we have established the following Guidelines:

1) WE DO NOT collect online contact information from children without parental notification.  This notification includes an opportunity for a parent to suspend participation in the activity found on our web site. 

2) WE DO NOT distribute to any third parties, any personally identifiable information from children.

3) WE DO NOT require a child to provide us with more information than is reasonably necessary as a condition to participate in any activity on our site.

4) WE WILL NOT use or print the last name of any contributor to our cartoon strip, "Of COURSE it Happened" or "ASK Ernie."  Only the first name, first initial of the last name, city and state will be used to credit the source of submission.

OPT-IN AND OPT-OUT
Our site requires an opt-in to participate in specific areas.  We also provide an opt-out opportunity.  If anyone who has registered on our site wants to be removed from our list, simply e-mail or write us with your request.

RETURN POLICY
At eDimples, we make it easy to return a product if you are not fully satisfied.

Within 14 days of a customer's receipt of an order, any merchandise may be returned, in its original condition and packaging, for a full refund or exchange - whichever customer prefers.  All apparel returns must be unworn and unwashed.

Sales merchandise may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for an alternate size or store credit.  We cannot issue a refund on sale merchandise.

To make a return, please contact us for a Return Authorization number.  All returns should be enclosed in a suitable carton, wrapped securely and sent back to us.  We strongly recommend using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Insured Parcel Post for all returns.  Please note that we will refund the shipping costs only if the return was a result of our mistake.
